Bishop, my name is Camila and I am happy to say that I’ve been a member of the UCKG since 1999. I have always paid close attention to your preaching about family, marriage and children. I am married and a mother of two girls. But a while back I started to pay closer attention to your preaching and made a point of purchasing all your books and reading them quickly. Some of them I even reread. Though you don’t know me, I feel like I've known you for years and that you’re a part of my own family. I pay even closer attention to anything you say about your wife, Mrs. Ester. Whether in books or from the altar your words about her are sweet and affectionate and always remind me of what a great role model she is.
Women are constantly seeking role models. My mother has personality, a good character, is generous, and has many good values to be admired and followed, but in matters of faith, unfortunately I cannot follow in her footsteps.
Women of faith in the past are role models, but we live in the 21st century and I needed a female figure to admire and model my life after.
In your preaching, and even in your biography, my attention is drawn to the role of your wife, and I have found myself admiring her more and more. It is clear that behind the great man of God that you are, there is a great woman of God.
And so, I decided to adopt a very simple catchphrase that I believe was inspired by the Holy Spirit. Whenever I’m going through hard times with my husband, or we have a problem to solve, I stop and ask myself: "What would Mrs. Ester do? How would she act?"
I then get on my knees and place it in God’s hands, and show Him that I’ve chosen her as my role model. Ever since the results have been very helpful and satisfying.
How great it is to have such a great example. Thanks for sharing the virtues of an ideal woman with the people of the Church. I’ve learned so much.
God bless you.
In faith.

wow thats a great eye opening to really read watch and learn from our fathers and mothers, i believe i will also open my eyes to learn and practice, thanx for the msg it is an eye opening to me, we all need that in this time of life challenges.
God is so "Awesome" isn't He? Bishop, I am a single person, and whenever I'm going through something, I always ask myself, what would Jesus do? Then, I go straight to the Word of God. (The Bible) It works everytime. God Bless you Camila, and God Bless your family. God is "Awesome isn't He? Thank you Bishop, God Bless.
When people admire someone as an example for their own lives then it means that person has good quality, character and values. She is different that her influence will pull someone to even think in her own shoes. By this, i'm sure more people have this kind of attitude and the spirit within themselves.
Mrs Ester is definately a great woman of God and we don't just say it but we are driven by the good example we see in her family, even the way her children are shows clearly that she is a woman of God.I have learned a lot about marriage and even though I m not yet married I can already see what a good example I will be in my family.I talk to a lot of people and many seem to have given up on having a happy family but because of your messages and you family bishop I still believe that my marriage will be one of those that people will admire.
God bless you
Its great to be a role model. Not only to preach the word of God, but actually to be an inspiration to the people. At UCKG many people do not realise the blessing we have by having BP and Mrs macedo. The call came to many of us, but these two servants of God embraced it more than all. I pray that my wife be like Mrs easter
Great messages!
Thanks for sharing your experience Camila it is very true Mrs Ester we don't hear her much but Bp speak of her convincingly what a true example stay blessed
Mother Ester is mother of modern day faith she has stuck in the faith when times are good and bad I salute you.
Camila im a member like you and have learnt in the church fortunatley for us who are single that a partner from God is vital if you are from God,and I speak for only mans of God,and assure you that, they only bring solutions for their wives and not problems because the Holy Spirit always guide and strengthen them for this challenging role so dont forget to pray for your husband so he may become a true man of God and most of your problems will be sorted, thank you Bishop for allowing the Holy Spirit to use you so you can guide us with wisdom and humbleness
what this woman wrote is very true, bishop, because the woman of God in the past are dead. We need a role model today, and Mrs. Ester is our role model. Not only mines, but I'm sure to all. She is a mother to all of us, at least to me she is a second mother.
God bless
