Good afternoon Bishop!
Thank God we have been able to open the church where it was previously impossible: Sudan, a Muslim country where only 5% of the population speaks English and the majority speak Arabic and lother ocal dialects.
The Church was opened on Sunday the 11th of November by pastor Dyu and his wife (from Mozambique) and Pastor Richard, who was working in Uganda but has Sudanese citizenship.
12 Sudanese people attended the service, a pleasant surprise for the pastors, since the country is 100% Muslim. We are going to break through here!
Monday we had 11 new people. Pastor Dyu told us that people are responding to the Gospel and the Church with joy.
The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light. Matthew 4.16
Here are some photos of the Church, the first Muslims to surrender their lives to Jesus, the pastors and the document that authorizes the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God to work in the country.
God bless you,
Bishop João Leite

Bishop, this shows that nothing is impossible when it comes to the Work of God,to obtain these permission from a muslim country would be a start no matter how small the people but this will be the beginning that people are responding, there is a huge perseverance and boldness when it comes to this.

Praise God for the church in Sudan. I believe that the UCKG is yet to go even deeper to the rest of the world to spread the Gospel. God bless the servants of the UCKG and use them even more to win souls!!!

To God alone, the praise and glory belong - most definitely. I am humbled how He turns what many see as barriers or the impossible, into opportunities and blessings. I praise His most Holy Name for planting the vision for the UCKG to establish a church in Uganda, and through this many will chose to leave the darkness behind them and choose the light that is Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Amen, for His Glory!!
