Even during the time of the apostles, there was already an enormous inner conflict among those who heard the message of being saved by faith.
Those who paid no attention to their salvation lived according to religious traditions and were completely sidetracked. They never had the same privileges as those who believed. Because "whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them." 2 Corinthians 4.4
However, the newly converted were forced to examine and redefine themselves. They could not afford to make this decision at a later time. They understood the necessity of giving up something valuable in the present, to avoid it being a stumbling block in the future.
This is why I made sure to post and comment on Cristiane’s blog yesterday, 22/2/12. The blog entitled: When you ask someone for their opinion, you might hear something you won’t like..., is an excellent example of faith for those who have not yet defined what it is they want.
"I'm 32 and still single. I have just ended an engagement because of my faith. I don’t agree with living by the rules of this world... Therefore, I know that I made the right decision.
I still love him and if he accepts Jesus, then okay, but otherwise forget it... It's difficult to be alone, it hurts, it’s upsetting, but God is greater than all that. I believe that He keeps His promises. Today, I felt discouraged. But God has lifted me up through this blog post. He is in control and these words were certainly meant for me. And God knows that. Thank you Lord!"
Cris, I have also been in a similar situation and because I listened to the voice of faith, my Lord honored my sacrifice. The same will happen in her life as well. After all, He does not fail or forget those who honor Him.
Your sacrifice is your greatest outcry. From today on you don’t even need to pray about this anymore because the answer is already underway.
May the dreams of those who possess this kind of faith come true.

Well done lady, you are going to testify to the wonderful things God has done in your life, you just wait, but not for long like you fear!
".. Joy cometh in the morning!!"
Being in faith in life can make one to overcome everything she want and honouring God.
Good day Bishop!
"Action's speaks louder than words",so our faith should show by it's own actions.
Sometimes I forget to act after I hear a word or I just simply pray about it...I just had to sit down and think to myself; what was my sacrifice for a certain something that I want. Did I do it for it to be an outcry to God for the situation to be changed? Then I realised I didnt act and what is faith without action! Thank God for this post; I know what I have to do!
ur Lord is a God of sacrifice, he gave his only son for us to be put right with with him
Hello Bishop
A true sacrifice is more than words can ever say!
That's when God Honours us, beyond expectations!
He if faithful!
In faith
Sorry I meant "relevant to this subject" and not with.
I meant relevant to this subject and not with this subject.
I found some good quotes of the philosophe Friedrich Nietzsche that I think are relevant with this subject:
"A good writer possesses not only his own spirit but also the spirit of his friends."
"All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth."
"Character is determined more by the lack of certain experiences than by those one has had."
I found this really good.
Amen. The Power of Faith, never ever Fails!!..
It is true.
God bless you, bishop.
Many times we come to a junction in our lives and its at that moment we have to make the decision whether to live according to our will or the faith we have in our God. Those who are truly faithfull see the result in their lifes even though sometimes it really hurts our flesh. However if we have truly buried that old nature then the choice we make depends not on the pain we will endure but on the faith that God is our shield and our strenghth and he has to honour those that live by faith.
This is very strong, and for sure God has already honored you. I sincerely believe with all my heart that when we take a decision that will please God and displeased our flesh, God is very proud of us and will indeed fulfill His promise.
Thanks for sharing.
faith is a great thing if we are not in a strong faith will fall in all type of trap i just believe in Jesus all a
that he did to save us. all i want to follow him for all of my life
Hello Bishopthis is very true, if we don't have faith we will not get through any thing but we should also take action because faith without action is dead and i think that is worth it and god give me so mush that i can thank him so much.
Choosing and fighting for our salvation and the kingdom of God is far more precious than diamond and gold. Faith with the Holy Spirit is able to direct us to make the right choices in life. Thank you Father in the for inspirational blog. GOD BLESS.

Thank you Bishop for this message, I once a time went through a similar situation, I nearly compromised my faith and lived with my boyfriend who was never intending joining my faith and I nearly lost my salvation. It's not worth it I dropped him, moved out and started sincerely fighting for my spiritual life. I found an inner peace that I never experienced before and I am now waiting on God to bless my love life, although I am 55yrs, I still believe He has some one prepared just for me.
Hi Bishop! Thank you so much for this blog! God's promises will never failed because it's His promise so we must believe on that promises. Peoples promises can failed but God's it will not. And just as the lady said on the blog on 2/22/12 it's been difficult for her but She use her faith and in that faith I'am sure that God's promises will be fulfilled on her life.
In all God should come first.
The Bible tel us to seek first the Kingdom of GOD and its Righteousnes and the rest will be added to us. HE is and remain faithful, HE always fulfil what He promise 2those who are patient and obedient.
May GOD bless all of us.
Trust in GOD 100% is the only way to keep strog on the daily battle.
Is not easy to do it, because of this God send His Spirit to help us not only on the battle but to keep our trust 100% even when seems to be impossible.
yes Bishop ,
God will never let us down!!!
Thank you very much for this message Bishop. I agree with you and this boosted me that we live by faith and we do not need someones opinion to make a decision. It all depends on us and God will always help and empower us as long as His in control of ourlives.
Amen. God comes for all sincere and lonely hearts (and/or hurt hearts too) at love.
When you make decisions based on faith it is torture to the flesh and you will feel pain, Its inevitable but the long term consequences make it so worth it.
